David Wall
David Wall Chief Executive Officer

Having spent the last 15 years involved in outsourcing and international consulting, David has extensive experience of navigating customer's through the complexities of expanding internationally. David is a commercial lawyer by background having spent time working in both private practice and industry. Prior to qualifying as a lawyer David spent seven years in Her Majesty's Armed Forces in the Physical Education Branch.

David is the CEO of UnaTerra and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organisation's strategic growth, operational delivery and most importantly the customer experience.

David lives in Bath, England and any spare time he gets is spent with his wife and four children who manage for the most part to keep him out of trouble. He is a fan of Man Utd although doesn't get to too many games these days but is a season ticket holder at Bath Rugby where he can often be found with a pint and involved in deep debate on the complexities of cross-border transactions.

Julian Christmas
Julian Christmas Chief Revenue Officer

Julian has been working in the international expansion space for more than 15 years, and is a well respected advisor in the specialist area. In previous roles, Julian worked with Tesla Motors on their European expansion and managed the delivery of Airbnb’s global rollout as it went through its most rapid phase of international expansion. A Chartered Accountant by training, Julian qualified with Ernst & Young in 1997.

Julian is COO of UnaTerra, and is responsible for all aspects of service delivery, and is also actively involved in managing the company’s larger client accounts.

Julian lives in Marlborough, UK. He has a passion for the great outdoors, and loves cycling in the Wiltshire countryside and skiing in the Alps.

Deborah Williams
Deborah Williams Chief Operating Officer

Deborah joined UnaTerra from global business services firm TMF Group, where she was the Global Services Director responsible for the full service portfolio and where she was also an Executive Member of TMF’s leadership team.

Deborah brings with her a wealth of international industry experience to her role as Chief Operating Officer, having worked in multiple industry sectors across the world.

Juliana Staight
Juliana Staight Head of Operations

Juliana has been working in the international expansion space for more than 14 years and is a well respected advisor. In previous roles, Juliana worked many with companies as they undertake large multi country expansion including Airbnb and Good Technology. Having been Global HR Director for Pentaho (A Hitachi Group Company) Juliana also has extensive in house experience and is versed in the challenges of managing a fast growing highly successful international team.

Juliana is Head of Operations at Una Terra, and is responsible for all aspects of service delivery, and is also actively involved in managing the company’s larger client accounts.

Juliana lives in Sussex, UK with her family

Scott Johns
Scott Johns Head of On-Boarding

Scott has held a variety of roles in the international expansion business over the last 14 years, giving him fantastic insight into not only understanding our clients individual needs but also how to apply them in their chosen jurisdictions.

He heads up our Pre-Sales and On-Boarding team and works with our clients to make their first steps into a new country as pain free as possible, whilst establishing the on-going support structure that their companies needs.

From his rugby days Scott understands the value in an effective team strategy and brings this to his work.

Claire Reynolds
Claire Reynolds Head of Client Services

Claire has over 10 years experience in Accounting and Finance specialising in international expansion. She was formerly part of a group finance team for a public company where she was actively involved in a number of company acquisitions and disposals. Claire is a Certified Chartered Accountant and is also a trained advisor for several accounting systems.

As Head of Client Services, Claire has responsibility for the overall service experience for Una Terra clients, a role underpinned by Claire’s extensive experience in delivering outsourced international business services.

Claire lives in Bristol, England and enjoys organising trips for family and friends; this skill is also beneficial to her role.

Named after the adventurous and cheeky lion cub in Disney’s The Lion King, Simba is a firm favourite with everyone at UnaTerra.

Simba provides the team with daily encouragement in the form of enthusiastic tail wagging and his love of cuddles. His skills include chasing balls, fetching balls and chewing balls.
